A former Coca Cola bottling campus, the Bottle Works project rehabilitated the old building structures into a hotel, shopping, dining and entertainment district.

Constructed in 1914 by Ford Motor Company. At its peak in 1923 it produced 300 cars a day. The plant closed in 1942. In 2017 TWG Development converted the building into luxury apartment living and retail.
